Originally from Indiana, Dr. Siurek moved to Massachusetts in 1987. He greatly enjoys the quality of life found in Western Massachusetts. He has been an associate of Dr. Mackler since 1994. His interests outside the office include working out, gardening, and tending to his Koi ponds.
