Julie Chapin's past 25 years of experience includes practicing dental hygiene, teaching dental hygiene and managing a dental hygiene clinic. Her knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene make her a perfect choice for our clinical manager. Cindy Dorman joins us after a 20 year career at the Holyoke Mall Dental Center. Her area of expertise is accounts receivable management. She has a sound knowledge of dental insurance billing and follow-up and will help insure that you receive the maximum insurance benefits that you are entitled to. For patients with no dental insurance, she can provide you with interest-free financing to help make your dental care more affordable.

Julie Dorman joined us when Lindsay went to Hawaii for her senior year of college. She has continued on with and has become an integral member of our business staff. While new to us as an employee, Julie has been a patient in our practice for over 25 years.

Lindsay O'Donnell returned from the beaches of Hawaii and joined us once again at the front desk. She has recently graduated from UMass-Amherst with a degree in biology and hopes to continue on to graduate school (possibly dentistry??)in the near future.
